Should I be upset when someone “re-gifted” what I gave them?
My boyfriend’s 2 cousins (sisters) were/are pregnant. Let’s call them Jessica and Hope. When Jessica had her baby we went to visit them in the hospital. We brought a little vase with pink candies and a decorative vase topper. Today when I went to Hope’s baby shower, I saw that they were using Jessica’s decorative vase topper as a decoration for around the house. I didn’t really think much of it. Later during the shower they were handing out the party favors and the same candies, with the same unique pink wrappers, we had given to Jessica were being given out to people at Hope’s party. It doesn’t seem like it was just a coincidence. Would you be upset about this?
