Although it isn’t scientifically proven, I would hasten to make a wager that, hands down, edible favors are the most favored by guests! Almost everyone loves getting their own treat. Typically that means a sweet favor – but not necessarily. Let’s explore some terrific options:

It’s a little harder to find them personalized but they are out there! You can easily make your own savory favors buy purchasing your favorite nuts, flatbread crackers, etc. and putting them in cellophane bags (found at any craft store) and then tying a nice ribbon around it. If you are good with a computer you can even make your own gift tags.
Sweets:
- Baked Goods: Cookies and Cupcakes usually fall into this category. Your local bakery may be able to create some wonderful favors for you. Otherwise there are some fantastic online sources. You can also purchase personalized muffin mix favors.
- Chocolate: Perhaps the favorite edible favor all, chocolate favors comes in all sizes, shapes and themes. And many come personalized. Truffle favors are a classic favor for any formal affair. Personalized candy bars are also a big hit (it’s their wrappers that are personalized. You can even purchase just the wrappers and DIY). Most of these candy bars are Hershey bars but with a little searching you can find wrappers for the larger Cadbury bars. And chocolate lollipops with personalized ribbon are bit hits because of their affordability and extensive product line that includes all themes imaginable.
