Freezing unfrosted cupcakes?
I am freezing cupcakes in advance for a cupcake bar we are having at my cousins Baby Shower. I know to freeze them in air-tight containers, but is there any special way to thaw them without allowing them to become dried out? I am doing a cheesecake cupcake, a butter recipe yellow cupcake and a chocolate cupcake. I know my cheesecake freezes well, so that I’ve got handled. I just assumed I’d take them all out of the freezer the night before and let them sit at room temp until they were thawed. Is that ok?
Any insight or suggestions would be great!
as long as you store them in air tight containers ,give them at least 2 hours to thraw they will be fine .
