What should I wear to a Baby Shower?
The shower is for a relative of my fiance. I don’t know her too well. The shower’s being held at an Italian restaurant, but I don’t know if it’s a fancy place or casual. I’m planning to wear a zebra print coat, as it’s the only dress coat I have. I’m not sure what to wear with it, though. Jeans? Black slacks? A dress? I really have no idea what type of attire is appropriate for this particular situation. Any advice?
If I were you, I’d wear a nice shirt (blouse if you have one) and your nicest jeans. Wear nice shoes, and doll yourself up. The jeans can still look dressy, the blouse jacket and shoes dress it up. If you feel over-dressed, take the jacket off and you will simply look well put together, and well dressed.
