there a few things I like to give as gifts….
*voucher for the mother for pedicure! No one can see their toes at the end so a pedicure is lovely!
*gift basket of basic baby needs like face washer, baby wash, lotion, teething ring etc…
*cute and unique looking onesies/jumpsuits so you don’t get the same as someone else
*hand and foot print molding kit. These are cheap from target
*photo frame with a slot for each of the first twelve months
*wall hangings
nappy/diaper cakes – these are my favourite
although these seem hard they are VERY easy and a very practical gift! they look great too and get a bit of wow factor! You can make them 1, 2 or 3 tiers high depending on how many diapers you buy. I place mine on a piece of covered cardboard.
You just get some newborn diapers roll them up (length ways) and secure them with a rubber band. Arrange them in a circle and tie a piece of wide ribbon around it to hold it in place. You can then add any different things to it like bath wash, onesies, combs, pacifiers, toys…whatever you feel like really and in any colours you like…here are some pictures….
