Easy Baby Shower Cakes Ideas
What are some cheap and easy ideas for food for a Baby Shower?
I need ideas, recipes, anything! It will be at 2pm so people will have already eaten lunch and will soon be planning dinner. We want more than just cake, but we’re limited on funds. We’d rather put more money into the actual gifts we give her that she needs for her first baby, rather than in food. Please help!

Well, I will tell you that we were looking at ordering some trays (veggie, fruit, chicken salad sandwiches, etc.), but it would be like $100. I don’t want to go that high, and I know that sounds cheap, but we still have the cake as well as EVERYTHING else to get. So maybe a budget of $50 or under for food (again, not including cake). That’s why I’m thinking making something might be cheaper. But I love the ideas, please keep them coming!
And just an FYI, there will be about 15 people total there, so it will be low-key, but I don’t want “hokey” either

buy a frozen lasagna from GFS or SAMS/COSTCO…they are pretty large and also serve a tossed salad with bread.
