Baby Shower Wording In Spanish

How do you say “congratulations” in Spanish? I have been told BOTH “felicidades” and “felicitaciones.” And I do not know which one is correct.
We are holding a Baby Shower and we are getting a cake and it needs to say congratulations in Spanish. Which word would be the correct one to use for this occassion? Gracias mis amigos!
I’m a native speaker and I can tell you they mean exactly the same. I think in some Spanish speaking countries they use “felicidades” and in others they use “felicitaciones”. If the person getting the cake is from Mexico, I would recommend using “felicidades”, since it’s the one we use in Mexico.
