What’s some good ideas for a Baby Shower theme?

Okay, I am planning a Baby Shower for my best friend her sister and I are doing this, we are stuck on ideas for her. We both only came up with a spongebob theme because she loves spongebob but we’re not sure if thats more of a birthday theme. So we need other ideas she is due to have a baby boy in April so we are planning for the shower in March. So please any ideas (themes, games, decorations, etc.)

Also, the BEST game ever that we played was filling up 6 or 7 bottles 3/4ths the way full with apple juice. We picked that many people to stand in a row with the bottles and on go they had to suck them down. You wouldn’t believe how sore your mouth gets after a few seconds. It was so funny because the adults ended up quitting or cheating and the only two left playing was my 9 year old niece and 6 year old cousin. (The 6 year old won) None of the adults could do it lol!!!!

They also make this blue punch you could google and you sit two rubber duckies floating in it. It was really cool! Other games we played were guessing the baby food, (making each adult taste a hidden type, and writing down the answers) Not ONE person got them all right lol!!

And we also passed around a little duck, and who ever it landed on when I was done with gifts got a 5 dollar gift certificate to the movies!

We played the “Rubber ducky, Your the one” Song, and “Splish, Splash I was taking a bath”. Songs like that.
