OMG Help me remove green stains on quilt from detergent (Shower gift)?

I made a rag quilt for a Baby Shower and put it in the wash to frey the edges. It has brown white and black flannel. It also has white “minky” fabric and the “minkey” must have picked up the dye from the detergent! It is now has a tinge of green on all the “minkey” fabric squares. I just put shout on all the squares and it did not come out. I have brand new whirlpool duet steam so its not like i dumped the HE detergent directly on. I dried the green in the fabric with the dryer cuz i didnt notice the green. Is there some way to remove the green? I cant bleach it cuz there is the dark colours too. I really dont want to make a entire quilt again :(
I just realized that there was fabric softener residue in the dispenser. I am almost certain that it is from the fabric softener as the colour is the same.

soak it and wash by hand, you might get lucky with woolite or tide after you let it soak and work water through by hand put it back in the machine for a rinse on the wash cycle without ant detergent
