Bridal Shower, Baby Poem, One Sock now, get then other when Pregnant?

Hi everyone. I was wondering if anyone has heard of this poem. I was at at Bridal Shower and the girl got a little teddy bear that had one sock on it. With it came a poem that basically said that when she was pregnant, she would get the other one. Has anyone heard of this poem? Any help would be great – Thanks!
