Should I give gifts to my Baby Shower host?

I have a group of close friends giving me a Baby Shower in two weeks. I need ideas of what I can give them as thank you gifts for doing this for me. Would it be inappropriate to give them something dealing with the baby such as a picture frame with the baby’s 3-d Ultra-sound picture in it or something personalized with what my child will call them ex. Nanny Heather… Please any ideas would beappreciated .
