Baby Shower Pictures Clip Art

Help with clip art please?

I am making these answer sheets for a Baby Shower. One of the games we are playing is guess the baby picture of other guests. I found this cute clip art of an outline of a baby. I thought it would be cute to put a ? inside the outline of the baby but I can not figure out how. I can not seem to put anything over the clip art. I am using my micrsoft word proceesor for this. Any ideas please ?

I don’t think it’ll work in Word. You’d need a image editing program that uses layers like Photoshop or it’s clones.
