Farm Party

This is for kids who are animal lvoers. You do not really need to own a farm to make this happen. You can bring in animals for petting in your yard, or you could set up animals made of paper-mache all over. Another good idea would be to allow your guests to bring their pets. Not only will this party be fun, it could be a fantastic learning experience for all, as well.

Character Party

You can do this kind of children’s party two ways: either you choose a specific cartoon and revolve the party’s theme around it, or you can hold a costume party of different characters. This child’s party requires some level of preparation, but costumes are available for sale or rent everywhere, so it shouldn’t be too difficult. Besides, a little creativity and ingenuity on your part can go a very long way.

Baby Shower packaging?

I am having trouble with finding a cute way to package or present my gift for a friends Baby Shower.
I want to make a basket out of towels or blankets. (like towel origami or towel animals ) In the towel basket I want to put all the bath and baby products that I have gotten for her.
so far i have gotten johnson and johnson products, 4 outfits, baby blankets, soft towels, diapers and baby wipes, and a couple of those pacifiers that close when they drop.
I am putting the outfits, socks and diapers into a diaper cake kind of like this one :

You might want to go on Ebay or Amazon and see if you can find that book at a discount….you sound like a crafty soul who would find a lot of uses for a book like that!!

I don’t do origami…..but I think that you could mess around with towels you have around your house and figure out a way to get a basket that you are wanting. OR you could pick up some diaper pins (and cheat a little) and make a basket out of those towels without having to know all the little folds and tucks!!!
