Baby Shower Menu Food

What are some good Baby Shower ideas?

My best friend is pregnant and I am throwing her a Baby Shower. She and her husband just found out that their baby is *probably* a girl, and this is their first. I haven’t been to a baby shower in years, so I am looking for any ideas at all. Games, food/menu, prizes, websites that might have some ideas, anything!

Just google “Baby Shower Planning” and “Baby Shower Games“. Even though the games are not sophisticated, most people prefer Baby Showers with games than ones where everyone sits around and looks sophisticated for 2 or 3 hours while the mom opens presents.

If it’s a shower w/ men and women google “couples shower” and you’ll find lots of ideas.

Try to pick a theme as it will make the final result look better and it’ll be easier for you to make choices about what to do/decorate with/serve to eat. Maybe base it on the nursery decor that mom & dad are putting together. Once you have a theme, search google images to see what other people have done. e.g. “ladybug theme”, “pink and black shower.”
