Baby Shower Invitations For Boy
Is 6 weeks enough time to prepare a Baby Shower & send invitations out?
My mother-n-law,sister-n-law,& two other women are suppose to be planning my Baby Shower for me,& they haven’t sent out the invitations yet,(Baby shower is due on June 14th),Im really getting worried because I’ve told everyone the due date of baby shower,& everyone keeps asking about invitations,but they haven’t sent them out yet!
The way our economy is going these days & everyone is going broke & struggling with money(even me),Im just scared to even bring my baby in this world,& I just feel like giving up on the whole baby shower bc know one is going to have the money!
What do you think,Is 6 weeks plenty of time or what?

It’s not too late for invitations – invites to any event should go out 3-4 weeks before. If they’re sent out too early, people will misplace them and forget about the event.
I don’t think it’s too late to plan the shower, either. You just need basic decorations, some food and drink, and a cake. That’s it for a very basic shower.
You should NOT scrap the shower, crappy economy or not. Even if you don’t get a single gift, you should celebrate this happy time in your life, and the birth of your baby. This world does kind of suck right now, but YOUR home can be happy and safe, if you make it that way.
