Baby Shower Ideas Girls
There’s little more exciting than knowing a little one will soon arrive. The Baby Shower serves as an additional celebration of the birth and offers friends and family a chance to celebrate this joyful occasion. Chances are one of the first things on your menu will be the traditional Baby Shower cake and what would be better than to make it yourself. The sky really is the limit on Baby Shower Cakes.
One of the first things to decide when making your cake is a color scheme or theme. If you are following a certain theme at your shower, you may wish to incorporate this into your cake design. If you choose to stay traditional, there is, of course, pink for girls and blue for boys but why not kick it up a notch! For girls, try a bold fuschia, lavender, or mixture of pastels.
For boys, why not try the bold primary colors of blue, red and green. You may choose specific themes. A popular idea for a girl’s cake could be florals and lace or princesses. For boys, dinosaurs or trucks. There is, of course, the option of a gender neutral celebration if the sex of the baby is unknown. Why not incorporate both pink and blue with a neutral cream or yellow for this celebration.
As for the cake design itself, Baby Shower Cake recipes abound. Instead of the traditional white or chocolate, why not mix the two or serve a rich red velvet or carrot cake. One particular cake topper you may choose to utilize, if any, are baby blocks spelling out your child’s name. If you don’t have a name you could simply spell out a message such as ‘welcome baby’. Other items could be used as well from bottles to pacifiers.
Just remember to have fun and everything will come together!

So my sister shower is in July in oregon Not too hot. Its going to be in a backyard. The theme is baby girl. Its going to be like a bar-b-que
I really need ice breakers for adults and other ideas for the awkwardness,
I need games the adults would do. I know the normal don’t say baby or cross your legs. baby’s bottle races. I need really creative stuff.
Most of the people coming are bringing their kids. they are being watched at the park while they play any ideas that keep them safe and occupied.
I also need gift bag ideas that are cheap. All of this needs to be cheap.

Pink lemonade jello jigglers, with cookie cutters that spell GIRL
Gift bag, pink mints, pink candles, pink chinese food boxes with pink things inside….You can buy them at the craft store for .50 each. For my baby shower we bought specially made cookies and put them in celephane in each box for a treat for everyone….maybe you could make a cupcake with pink frosting and put it in the box….I have so many ideas….
