Should i have been asked to do the paper plate hat ?
I was a guest at my supervisors baby shower I was having my tea and her mother approached me with paper plates, scissors, tape and a stapler, and asked me last minute to do the paper plate bow hat thing. I couldent say no. in front of everyone , but i was very put off and though it was rude, everyone knows i am a creative person but i was a guest . i think this should have been taken care of before the shower as far as having someone picked and i thought it should have been a family member or someone from the bridal shower , what do you think , also i didnt get to play the bingo game because it depended on what the gifts were and I was making the hat during this time.
I think the Mom was being nice to you, to make you feel included.
