If you are planning your school’s class reunion, you may want to use crafts to decorate for the occasion. A class reunion is a very special event. Whether it is your tenth reunion, or your fiftieth, this is a time to have fun and remember what it was like when you were a kid. To make the party seem authentic, you should do various crafts that can remind everyone of what it was like back in high school.

The main craft for a class reunion is to put your graduation year number everyone. You can do this by making signs or cutting the numbers out of construction paper and throwing them on the wall. People will see that number and be amazed at how time has passed so quickly.

Another good craft idea for class reunions is to incorporate the school’s colors into the decorations. If your school’s colors were purple and white, make sure that all the decorations have these colors. It’s even better if these are the only colors that you use. That can be hard if the two colors are really similar, though. Everything being in orange and yellow can be hard on the eyes.

Although a bit more expensive, you may want to do a picture craft for your class reunion. Compile a group of pictures from your old yearbook and blow them up. You can then place them on the walls of the venue for everyone to see and comment on. Everyone likes to look at pictures in order to reminisce about times passed.

Planning my own Baby Shower?

Technically it’s a shower for myself and my mother-in-law because she’s due a week before me. She offered to plan it, but unlike her I don’t have other kids and a ton of responsibilities to eat up my time. I have a crapload of free time so, I told her not to worry that I would take care of it. Also, most of the guests will be her friends and family as I don’t have much. I really don’t want it to seem tacky though. I don’t want it to seem like I’m just looking for gifts. To be honest, I actually have most of the things I need for my baby. I’ve never planned a Baby Shower before so I have a few questions. When should we have it? I don’t want to have it too early or too late. What else should I keep in mind? I was thinking snacks and maybe games, although I’m not sure what sort. Ideas? I’m going to do a generic boy theme because we’re both having boys, but have different nursery themes. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to remember?

Well, I’m Due on June 20th, and having my shower on May3rd. That way there really isn’t a chance of going into labour too early! lol

My mum is planning mine but I’m helping, we went to the dollar store and bought lots of little gifts for all of the guests, (should be around 38 of them) and were planning lots of fun games. As for food were just going to make everything ourselves, with cracker and cheese plates, cabbage rolls, buns, snacky foods.

There are lots of websites that give you lots of Baby Shower Ideas.

Good Luck!
