Any fun ideas for a Baby Shower?

My friend and I are organising a Baby Shower for another friend. She is a single mother and it’s her first baby. She’s 36. She has asked that instead of people bringing presents that they give money so she can buy a pram. We have asked guests to bring a small plate of food. Does anyone have any ideas on what we could do for the baby shower such as themes, decorations, games? Thanks – any ideas much appreciated!
