Help! Is there a way to fix cupcake liners that peeled away from the cupcakes?

I have a Baby Shower cake and cupcakes I need for the shower tomorrow. I baked the cupcakes and the liners peeled off of some of them. I don’t have time to rebake them. Is there anything I can do? They look terrible.

Purchase pretty new cupcake cups and some matching ribbon.
place each cupcake in the new cup and tie it on with a ribbon.
