How to make a cupcake mix to put in baggies for gifts?

I have a Baby Shower and for party favors, we are buying a mixing bowl and some baking utensils and then we want to make a mix and put it in a plastic baggy and tie it with a ribbon with the recipe. I need a recipe on how to make the mix, then to divide it up for 3 different gifts. Someone please help!!

But just make three batches…… instead of dividing it up… that would be less accurate.
