Decorating ideas for resturant set Baby Shower.?

My friends throwing me a Baby Shower, and to make things easier on everyone we agreed a restaurant would be the best location.
So far she has a themed table cloth, a few balloons, some baby confetti and cupcakes. (All approved by the restaurant)
But we both feel something is missing, we were thinking about a center piece but don’t know what to use.
Any ideas? Any other decoration ideas that are appropriate for a restaurant?
